About PUREmist®

PUREmist® uses a solution created from just three ingredients: water, salt, and electricity. Through a process called electrolysis, these elements form hypochlorous acid, a disinfecting agent that’s effective against pathogens while remaining gentle for everyday environments. Our solution:

PUREcleaning® is a comprehensive process that removes visible dirt first, then disinfects. The electrolyzed water in PUREmist® is key to its effectiveness when it comes in contact with bacteria or viruses, breaking them down and rendering them harmless. Electrolyzed water has other benefits, too. It cleans surfaces, cuts grease, and lifts residue. These properties give you a more effective and healthier cleaning than any other conventional or green product on the market.

Many traditional cleaning solutions rely on heavy chemical formulations that can leave behind residues, fragrances, or irritants.

The electrolyzed water in PUREmist® is a simple saline solution that breaks down contaminants, leaving surfaces fresh without heavy chemical buildup. It’s a smarter, more modern approach to disinfection, especially for families, pet owners, retirees, and businesses that prioritize health and indoor air quality.

During the electrolysis process, hypochlorous acid can produce a faint scent similar to chlorine. Rest assured, there is no chlorine, synthetic fragrance, or other toxic chemicals in the cleaner, and the scent fades quickly after application.

Only when I have my break or lunch can they vacuum down there since it makes a lot of noise.  They are very professional and make sure I am completely satisfied before leaving.  We all can tell that they have cleaned the house and done a good job and not cut corners.  I do like it better when they come earlier in the day though because they do a better job than when they come later on when they're tired.  So I do request them to come as early as possible for that reason.  We've been a valuable customer for over a year now and at least now are very satisfied.  There were a few instances before this new team took over where we had some complaints, but one person in particular that we had problems with has now been fired for a long time now and that has made a difference.  When we had a problem once with our refrigerator and an incident they had, the supervisor came out and made it right, which I really appreciated.  They know we are loyal customers and treat us as such.  They also answer the phones themselves, not the usual automated systems which you get with 95 percent of the phone systems now-a-days at these businesses, and that to me speaks volumes.
